A story about people’s energy & online influence

Egypt is Great, definitely great with it’s highly positive dynamic youth with fresh minds and positive attitude

We witnessed during the last 2 weeks during the advanced career seminar organized by the ECTD at the British University in Egypt “BUE” and delivered by our CM Fady Ramzy and Hesham Shata from Think Marketing Magazine the dynamic young spirit of the Egyptian Youth and their willingness to go the extra mile if they are  directed to the right track.

The Story Behind Egypt is Great:

Fady Ramzy Explaining the Egypt is Great Exercise

Fady Ramzy Explaining the Egypt is Great Exercise

On the last day of the training Fady Ramzy conducted a group exercise he asked the attendees to be divided into groups and to apply all the info learned during the 5 days training by promoting Egypt using the hashtag #egyptisgreat and to think about new innovative ideas.

And the group who will create the best ideas will win a free visit to Interact Egypt office to spend one day with Interact Team to be able to see the daily work life of our developers and to benefit from their experience.

So what happened next:

The dynamic attendees worked really hard on wonderful ideas based on the info consumed for a period of one hour, on different ideas from creating online videos, blog posts and others spreading Egypt’s values to the world and posting it to the hashtag and this hard work was translated into a trending hashtag!!!!!

egypt is great innovative ideas

Also we had also a great chocoholic Day at the Training where most of the attendees were rewarded for their great engagement during the #sm_seminar which motivated people to create higher engagement

And the Lesson Learned after this successful Exercise is:

The Winning Group

The Winning Group

  • Egypt has great talented people who are willing to go the extra mile if they are really motivated and encouraged.

  • Companies should work on integrating individual learning and development into every job description so that the personal growth is required and rewarded
  • Reinforcing Motivation by creating an environment where people are empowered to make change to improve their performance

Proudly there’s great organizations in Egypt supporting and empowering the new generations, the Entrepreneurs and Startups through different options  incubation, extensive mentorship and funds such as Startup Mena, Masrdotbokra, Injaz Egypt, Endeavor Egypt, Flat 6 Labs, Nahdet El Mahrousa , AUC School of Business and lots More

Interact is always proud to  be part of the community and supporting the Startups and we had great pleasure attending and supporting last week the Mentors award 2014 event organized by Injaz Egypt, Endeavor Egypt and AUC school of Business to recognizing outstanding mentors in the workplace and community and we had the pleasure collecting a nice photo set of the event

Also there’s great initiatives continuously taken to promote and support Egypt Tourism such as for the love of Egypt it’s an initiative by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in association with AIESEC Egypt to invite everyone around the world to visit Egypt.

The conclusion:

As We live in a digital world  where information can be communicated rapidly and efficiently and transforming all facets of our society. so let’s Raise the slogan of #Egyptisgreat and we work hard each from his place to continuously promote Egypt great values and resources spreading it to the World.

“Motivation, Creativity and enthusiasm is more important than knowledge..Knowledge without practice is useless…Egypt is Great and will definitely be greater with the power of it’s dynamic youth
